The Kindergarten Prep Program was designed to prepare your child to successfully integrate into their next learning experience: Kindergarten. Local schools were consulted as to their current guidelines and our curriculum was designed to develop the skills necessary for admission. Our Dolphins are given the most precious gift a school can give any child: love and sense of self worth. Our children are given the tools to be able to handle both simple and difficult situations themselves, with the support of loving and caring teachers backing them up. "The object of teaching a child is to enable them to get along without the teacher" - Elbert Hubbard. This is our goal.

Curriculum includes language skills, math skills, science, arts and crafts, phonics, music and movement. The lessons are fun and creative so that the children get the most out of their learning experiences. In addition, social skills and independence are emphasized as well as self-esteem, compassion, and individuality. The children will also have opportunities to work with our computer reinforcing classroom lessons. Our centers promote independent work and creativity with different activities located throughout the classrooms. This allows small groups of children to work with a number of assorted manipulatives or activities at the same time.
